Ada explores in her ‘Palindromic Project’ textile as a medium, while confronting canvas and textile, as a transposition of 2D to 3D.

Imagineering a patchwork of digital images, patterns are composed and manipulated with paint, to compose a framework both canvas as textile will act within. The reciprocal mutation of canvas and textile creates a disassociation of form and function, where the PC circuit-board is a wink to our notion of wearables.

Ada Rajszys’ ‘Palindromic Project’ is exhibited in the Designers’ Trail of ModoBruxellae, from 26.10 until 29.10, at Alice Gallery, Rue Antoine Dansaert in Brussels.
